In which language are the classes taught?
The yoga classes are usually taught in English.
This is my first time at ADM. What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. We provide yoga mats, so you don’t need to bring your own. If you plan to shower afterwards, bring your shower essentials. Other than that, you don’t need anything else.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts. We close the studio door promptly when the class begins. Unfortunately, if you're late, you won't be able to join, as we want to maintain a peaceful environment for the other participants.
Which class should I start with?
Check the different styles listed on our website for guidance. Here’s a small tip: Looking for strength? Try Pilates! Want challenge and playfulness? Try Rocket! Looking for peace and meditation? Go for Yin! Looking for fire and flexibility? Try Vinyasa!
Where can I find ADM?
We’re located at Happaertstraat 26, behind the Raket coffee bar. The entrance is through the coffee bar.

Do you offer a free trial class?
No, we don’t offer free classes. You can buy a single class (drop-in). If it’s your first time at ADM, we recommend our try-out membership. This allows you to explore and try as many classes as you like for two weeks—perfect for experiencing what we offer.

I’m a yoga/pilates teacher and would like to teach at ADM. How can I apply?
That’s great! Our teachers come from our community. We believe that a yoga or pilates teacher should practice what they preach. Join us for a class, let us know you're interested in teaching, and we’ll discuss how we can move forward. We usually start with auditions and substitute classes to see how things go from there.
